A soft and creamy entry leads to a wine that has flavours of melon, yellow peach, carmel, honey and oak. Has lime, lemon and lemongrass to keep it crisp and fresh.
Tannin and texture are also important in a wine that is at the start of a long journey. Might even be unconstitutional to drink it this early.
