Moss Wood celebrate the 40^th birthday of their Semillon this year so it’s fitting that they’ve delivered something special. It’s very approachable for a young Sem with lemon and lemongrass flavours and taste of honey.

Much more going on in the glass than an equivalent Hunter Semillon at this stage. No oak is used, the fruit does the talking. There’s a satisfying weight and intensity all culminating in a wine that is simple, elegant and delicious.

Definitely presenting better than most of us at our 40^th!
