Moss Wood 2019 Pinot Noir – Gary Walsh, The Wine Front
Moss Wood 2019 Pinot Noir – Gary Walsh, The Wine Front
Ripe strawberry, cedar, mushroom, lemon zest and spice. Medium-bodied, ripe strawberry and earthy things, with some tang and vigour, a little red fruit and honey, but also has something of an orange peel/amaro twist. Finish is all red fruits and orange rind, and some quiet perfume. Length is pretty good. A very different expression of Pinot Noir, though I like it a lot. It should age very well. Hello!
