Pinot Noir, Moss Wood 2019, Margaret River. Yes please. Seriously moreish stuff this. The nose is all ripe red berries, peak summer strawberries and raspberries, rhubarb, florals, creamy, rounding oak spice and flecks of sweet vanilla throughout. The palate follows suite with equal quality. Juicy red berries lead, a core of darker berries follows before toasted oak spice and earthy sweetness kick in and linger amongst the fine tannins on the finish. It’s a silky wine this. Total deliciousness
