A blend of cabernet sauvignon, malbec and merlot from Margaret River, this shows rich red and dark berry, mulberry and plum fruit on the nose and palate, with fine, firm tannins in the background. You could try it now with lamb or venison dishes but it has the structure to keep well for five years or longer.
