A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Merlot, the 2010 Amy’s has a deep garnet-purple color and aromas of warm cassis, blackberry compote, crushed blueberries and dried mint with hints of dark chocolate and dried plums. The medium-bodied palate fills the mouth with expressive blackberry and mint flavors with a solid structure of refreshing acid and medium level grainy tannins, finishing long. Delicious now, it should cellar to 2017+.
