Chefʼs Collaboration Dinner created by Rayan O’Melveny Wilson, Exective Chef for Lawryʼs U.S.A. who is flying in from Beverley Hills, & Katsuichiro Kibe, Exective Chef for Lawryʼs Tokyo.

  • Assorted Appetizers: Tuna tartare avocado, wasabi caviar, wasabi aioli Oyster ceviche with yuzu pepper, Lobster roll.
