This is the third vintage of Elsa Moss Wood are now picking the grapes later to introduce more passion fruit and guava complexity. The wine was fermented and matured in 228 litre French oak barrels (10% new).

A barrel-fermented sauvignon blanc with gooseberry and green capsicum flavours together with riper passionfruit and guava characters. Lively, tangy and quite complex wine with good varietal identity and appealing energy and freshness. Oak influence is subtle and effective.
