Carton and order size
Our shipping providers (Australia Post and Get Freighted) charge us based on the total weight of the order and the number of cartons.
We can pack up to twelve 375ml or 750ml bottles into a carton. Each of our 1500ml Magnum bottles is individually boxed and counts as a carton on its own.
If you are looking for the best value in terms of shipping costs, you will find that ordering online in dozens often works out to the lowest rates. Offline orders may have slightly higher shipping costs for orders that are not in dozens.

Delivery within Australia
Members receive free shipping on orders over $250.
In all other cases, real time shipping costs are provided to you through our Purchase Basket based on the weight of your order. Please add items to the basket and enter your postcode to see the shipping fee.
Australian deliveries are arranged using Australia Post. Please note that no delivery will be left unattended.
International Shipping
Shipping Cost & Structure
International shipping is calculated per parcel of 6, 12, and multiples of 12 bottles. If you are looking for the best value in terms of shipping costs, you will find that ordering online 6 bottles, 12 or multiple of 12 works out to the best rates.

International deliveries are through Moss Wood’s freight providers Get Freighted and DHL.

Australian Taxes (WET & GST)
Wine pricing is determined by the shipping address used at the online Checkout. Orders that are picked up from or delivered to an Australian address have pricing that includes WET and GST.
Orders shipped out of Australia do not have Australian taxes applied - once your country is entered using the Shipping Calculator, international prices will be displayed in the Purchase pages and in the Basket/Checkout page.
International duties and taxes are not included in pricing, except for deliveries to the USA.
Duties and/or taxes may apply to your shipment to countries other than the USA, and you will be responsible for these charges prior to your order going through customs.
Limitations to deliveries to the USA
For deliveries to the USA, our quoted shipping rates include duties and taxes (excluding Hawaii, Alaska).
Deliveries to Hawaii or Alaska require special calculation and orders can only be placed offline.
We cannot ship to Utah, Kentucky, Mississippi, Delaware, Rhode Island, Arkansas, Alabama, Oklahoma & North Dakota.
Destinations requiring a custom quote
Our shipping provider does not deliver to China.
An alternative way to order our wines is to place your order with a stockist in the country of delivery. Moss Wood wines are available in many countries and a non-exhaustive list of stockists can be found here by using the Country filter. The Moss Wood office is pleased to assist you. Special calculation & offline orders
For some shipping destination and depending on current regulations, a special calculation is required and orders have to be placed offline. If this is applicable to your order and your location, you will see a message displayed in the Shopping Basket.
Orders over 5 dozen
For shipments over five dozen (60 bottles), a special shipping calculation is required and orders have to be placed offline.

No delivery countries & alternative ways to order
International Prices – Taxes and Customs
Shipping rates in Australia use Australia Post parcel rates from our Margaret River winery.
Your shipping fee is based on the number of parcels and the total weight of your order. Once our online shipping calculator knows your delivery postcode, it will show you the calculated rate for your order.
For shipments over five dozen (60 bottles), please contact us to discuss bulk shipment rates.
Please note that no delivery will be left unattended. In the event a delivery is attempted and the recipient is not at the shipping address, Australia Post will leave a calling card for pick up.
Moss Wood will ship your wine order worldwide, and you can order as many bottles as you like.
Pack-To-Hold System
At Moss Wood we can offer our customers a pack to hold system for wines that are purchased and you would like us to ship to you at a later date or collect from us here at the winery.
We are able to hold your order for up to 6 months.
You can collect your wine during business hours, Monday to Saturday and do need a few days notice when you would like to call in and pick up from the winery to allow us sometime to bring to the winery from our warehouse.
Coravin
At Moss Wood, we use Coravin with our wines and we have partnered with Coravin to give our customers access to the best wine saving system to enjoy their Moss Wood wines.
Online orders & domestic delivery
Coravin products are only available to order for domestic shipping when ordered online. If you wish to order Coravin products to be delivered outside of Australia, the Moss Wood office would be pleased to assist you and please do not hesitate to contact us.
